(PERSONAL FINANCIAL STATEMENT)
Prepare a personal financial statement. This is optional, but with most banks a small business will have to stand behind their company with a guarantee, and sometimes a pledge of personal assets. For this reason it may be required as part of your submission to a lender that you include a copy of your personal financial statement. A copy of a personal financial statement form is attached for your use.
