The course project will consist of a two to three page typed and double-spaced paper on how you would structure a business, explaining why, using the tax laws you have studied in the text. It should also include how you would prevent a tax audit and preparations you would need to make if an audit were to occur.

This will need to be submitted prior to the completion of the course and for your final grade.
