PurposeThis course is designed to introduce entrepreneurs to key concepts in the law, both statuary and regulatory, which may affect the success of their business. Also covers the key concepts in contract law and business liability. The availability and limitations of various types of insurance to protect the business from liability is also discussed. Course Structure/Approach This course is self-paced and is available as an Internet course.
