The course project will consist of a typed, double-spaced paper answering the following questions pertaining to your business or a fictional business.

Which legal form is best for your business?
What paperwork and forms do you need for your business?
How will you finance your business?
What insurance and/or lease agreements do you need for your business?
How do you negotiate contracts and how can you find a lawyer if you need one?
The paper will be graded on content, organization, including original thoughts, ideas and conclusions.

This will need to be submitted prior to the completion of the course and for your final grade.
